According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, arthritis arises when the body’s energy pathways are blocked preventing the flow of Qi and blood to them.
The Chinese believe that when we are exposed to elements such as wind and cold that dampness can penetrate and enter the joints, tendons and muscles causing stiffness and pain.
